A third-floor residence overlooking a private cortile received new oak flooring laid over acoustic underlay, respecting the original ceiling roses that could not be disturbed. Kitchen joinery was built in muted sage lacquer with brass pulls sourced from a Vicenza foundry.
Total design fees for the 98-square-metre project were €41,200, completed over eleven months alongside a local impresa edile.

This single-storey home required reorienting the living area toward terrace doors that had been partially blocked by a 1990s extension. We removed non-structural partitions and specified wide-format porcelain that continues visually onto the patio.

The entrance sequence of a narrow Este property was dominated by a dark staircase until we introduced limewashed walls, a runner with subtle stripe, and a console sized to catch post without blocking the door swing.

Monselice boutique showroom
A footwear retailer needed display plinths that could relocate monthly without damaging terrazzo floors inherited from the previous tenant. We designed modular birch units on felt pads and specified track lighting with four preset scenes for window and interior zones.
