Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026. Disafconco S.r.l. operates this website and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data controller identity

Disafconco S.r.l., registered at Via Giacomo Matteotti 14, 35122 Padua, Italy, acts as data controller for information collected through this site and during design engagements. Enquiries about processing may be directed to [email protected] or by post to the studio address above.

We do not maintain a separate data protection officer because our processing volume falls below statutory appointment thresholds, though privacy questions receive priority handling by management.

Categories of personal data collected

Contact forms and emails supply names, telephone numbers, property addresses, and project descriptions you choose to share. Consultation bookings may record appointment preferences and billing details when deposits are invoiced.

Technical logs from hosting providers may temporarily store IP addresses and browser identifiers necessary to deliver pages securely; we do not merge those logs with marketing profiles.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process enquiry data to respond to messages, prepare proposals, and perform contracts when you appoint us for interior design services. Legal bases include pre-contractual steps at your request, performance of design agreements, and legitimate interest in administering studio operations.

Where Italian tax law requires retention of invoices, we store billing records for periods mandated by the Agenzia delle Entrate regardless of marketing consent status.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting, email, and accounting tools used by the studio may process data within the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses where providers maintain non-EEA subprocessors. Contractors engaged on your project receive only information necessary for site work and under confidentiality terms.

We do not sell personal data to third parties or share enquiry lists with unrelated retailers or directory publishers.

Retention, rights, and complaints

Enquiry records unrelated to active projects are deleted or anonymised within twenty-four months unless you request earlier erasure compatible with accounting obligations. You may access, rectify, restrict, or object to processing, and request portability where applicable, by emailing [email protected] with proof of identity.

If you believe processing violates applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Rome.
